We are a boutique reformer Pilates studio in central Richmond, London, offering six distinct class types to cater to all experience levels and fitness abilities. 

Whether you're just starting your reformer Pilates journey with a beginner class, seeking a more intense workout with our intermediate, advanced, Fusion and Jump Board classes, or looking for a relaxing stretch, we've got you covered.

Please note that grip socks are mandatory in all classes to ensure your safety, and please arrive 5 mins before class. Unfortunately, we cannot let you in if you arrive 5 mins after class has started.

Beginners Class

The perfect class to begin your reformer Pilates journey. Enjoy a full-body workout while mastering the fundamentals in a supportive environment.

Ideal for building core strength, toning, improving flexibility, and recovering from injuries. Gain confidence on the reformer and enhance overall body awareness.

Pregnant clients are kindly asked to join our specialised antenatal classes for a safe, tailored experience.

***For your first class, please arrive 10 mins before you class starts, so that our fabulous team can show you how to use the reformers and set you up safely***


Intermediate Class

Our signature dynamic Pilates class is a high-intensity, low-impact workout designed to challenge and energise your body. This dynamic reformer session builds core strength, enhances flexibility, and improves overall endurance. With a mix of controlled movements and resistance training, you’ll sculpt lean muscles, boost stability, and elevate your cardiovascular fitness—all while being kind to your joints.

Expect variety, challenge, and results!

***To get the most out of this class you will need to have a couple of Beginners classes under your belt. Not suitable for complete beginners, pregnant clients, or anyone experiencing pain or with injuries. ***


Advanced Class

With a reputation for delivering challenging advanced classes, we now offer these sessions twice a week. Designed for those who have mastered the principles of Pilates, this class pushes you to your limits—in the best way possible! Expect dynamic, full-body movements, increased resistance, and a faster pace to build strength, endurance, and control.

Perfect for experienced clients looking to elevate their practice and take their reformer training to the next level.

***To get the most our of this class you will need to have a couple of intermediate classes under your belt. Not suitable for complete beginners, pregnant clients, or anyone experiencing pain or with injuries. ***


Stretch Class

Feeling stiff, sore, or achy? Need a moment to come back to yourself? We've got you covered. Our popular stretch class is the perfect way to unwind after a busy week. Your instructor will guide you through a series of slow, controlled stretches designed to release tension, improve flexibility, and restore balance to both body and mind.

Leave feeling refreshed, recharged, and reconnected.

Fusion

Ready to level up your fitness game? Our Fusion Class combines the best of the reformer, with added weights, cardio, and a cheeky bit of HIIT (high intensity interval training) for a high-intensity, low impact workout that’ll push you to new limits.

This dynamic class targets fat loss, boosts cardiovascular health, and builds strength—all in one powerful session. Expect a mix of strength training, heart-pumping cardio, and precise Reformer movements that’ll leave you feeling stronger, leaner, and more energised. 

If you’ve done Charlotte’s class before, you might have already experienced this! 


Jumpboards

Get ready to take your Pilates workout to the next level with our Jump Board Reformer class!

This high-energy class combines the core-strengthening benefits of traditional Reformer Pilates with the added intensity of plyometric jumps. Expect a full-body workout that’ll challenge your endurance, improve your cardio, and tone every muscle, particularly those legs.

Whether you're a seasoned pro or new to jump boards, you’ll leave feeling stronger, leaner, and energised. Let’s jump into a new kind of reformer fun.

We offer both class packs and monthly rolling memberships. Prices will vary depending on how often you’d like to take classes with us.
